Reservation Policies

• Our team at the Apple Inn Motel wants you to feel comfortable and know you are making the right decision before you book a stay with us. Our hotel policy below will offer you the insight you need before booking, including our cancellation policy and various other terms and conditions. Check-in/Check-out Policy:

• Guests are invited to check in after 3pm and check out time is 11am. Late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must be twenty one (21) years or over to check into a guestroom. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.

48 hours Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 3:00pm 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations/modifications within 48 hours will result in cancellations fees of 100% of room and tax. No Show reservations will be charged the 100% of room and tax, with any remaining days in the reservation being cancelled.
• Group(5 or more rooms) reservation will be required to cancel their room in 1 month advance.

Credit Cards:

• Reservations require a credit card guarantee at time of booking. All CC’s will be pre-authorized/charged 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Group reservation will br pre-authorized/charged UP TO 1 month prior to your arrival date. Credit cards that are declined will be result in the reservation being cancelled.  A Credit Card holder must be present at the time of check in.
